LL tóku á móti fulltrúum frá Evrópusambandinu og kynntu íslenska lífeyrissjóðakerfið. Fundurinn var haldinn 23. október og tókst með afburðum vel. Vakti lífeyrissjóðakerfið mikinn áhuga og jákvæð viðbrögð meðal fundargesta.
